After starting a gym routine, it became very boring and I wasn’t getting the results I wanted to see. I knew I needed to get into something that would make working out fun again.
A few of my friends were into Crossfit, so I decided to do some research and find a CrossFit gym that would work for me. After my intro sessions, I knew Crossfit Hard Boiled would be a great fit because it pushed me to my limits and was perfect for beginners.
I enjoy working out with the friends I’ve made a CF Hard Boiled and seeing the progress I’m making. Working out with others pushes me to go harder and the results I’ve seen thus far encourage me every time I work out.
One thing that I’ve learned about myself since I joined is that I’m way stronger than I thought I was.
CrossFit may seem intimidating at first, but after the intro sessions you’ll be more comfortable and the results you’ll see will be worth it.
