Ryan Hansen – The Modern Day Spartan
I came to CrossFit because I needed a change of pace and routine from the standard gym. I also needed to work on my endurance.
My very first impression of CrossFit was how much fun it was and how it was exactly what I was looking for.
I could really tell I was improving after about my first week. I could start to see my endurance improve. Right
now I am working on learning the forms and techniques for the lifts. I’m also working on kipping pull ups and double-unders.
My favorite memory is the first day Michelle and I tried it out and how excited both of us were to continue the classes.
