Welcome to another beginner workout you can do at home with zero equipment.

If you’re strapped for time and can’t make it to the gym try this circuit at home.

6 minutes (as many rounds as possible)

10 glute ham bridges
10 sit ups
10 supermans (1 second pause at top )
